NEIGHBORHOOD ECLIPSE WATCH

We will be holding our annual neighborhood garage sale, simultaneous with surrounding neighborhoods.  Oakbrook chase homeowners are encouraged to hold a garage sale only during this time. With the weather encouraging outdoor walking,  it is important to keep our sidewalk spaces clear of landscaping.  Please check the sidewalk along your yard , to make sure there is no more than 1/4 sidewalk width covered by landscaping. Any tree branches overhanging over sidewalk should be higher than 8 ft from ground. It is very much appreciated. 

 Per the Oakbrook Chase HOA Covenant:

 "long term" parking on our neighborhood streets is prohibited.  Long term is generally considered more than 5-7 days. Vehicles should be parked in the homeowners driveway.

Homeowners are responsible for upkeep of sidewalk areas in front of their yards, including the street side. This includes mowing, edging all sides of the sidewalk, and clearing weeds/grass growing in the gutter area along the sidewalk/street edge. This helps with street drainage and is much appreciated by all that use the sidewalk.
