With the weather encouraging outdoor walking, it is important to check your sidewalk.  Beavercreek city ordinance holds the homeowner responsible for keeping sidewalks adjacent to their property, in good repair and free of hazard.  Please check the sidewalk along your yard, to make sure it is clear of landscaping  and that overhanging tree branches are trimmed 

at least 8 ft from ground. 

 Per the Oakbrook Chase HOA Covenant:

 "long term" parking on our neighborhood streets is prohibited.  Long term is generally considered more than 5-7 days. Vehicles should be parked in the homeowners driveway.

Homeowners are responsible for upkeep of sidewalk areas in front of their yards, including the street side. This includes mowing, edging all sides of the sidewalk, and clearing weeds/grass growing in the gutter area along the sidewalk/street edge. This helps with street drainage and is much appreciated by all that use the sidewalk.
